Cancellation Policy
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. The Esti Faerie requires a 24 hour notice for cancellations and/or rescheduling. Late notices and no-shows will be charged a 25% cancellation fee and your deposit will be forfeited and applied towards this fee. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly text The Esti Faerie at 682-738-7297 as soon as possible to reschedule. The Esti Faerie allows 2 reschedules per month to maintain the studios schedule integrity.

Late arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be unable to be accommodated. If I am unable to accommodate the delay cancellation fees will apply.
